When choosing a towel, look at its composition. 100% cotton is the best option.
If you can, buy combed cotton: it is a process by which cotton is brushed to remove shorter, lower quality fibers, which makes towels more durable and softer.
The grammage, that is, grams per square meter, is also important when choosing towels. The most balanced option is 600 gr/m. It is a towel balanced between its weight and its ability to dry well after use.
