Shipping Cost

The cost is calculated based on the destination entered in the form:

Spain (excluding Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): €15
Balearic and Canary Islands: €20
Rest of Europe: calculated in the form

Customs costs are not included in the price and must be paid by the buyer. La Compañía Francesa is not responsible for the costs of duties and customs clearance that each country or city may apply.

Delivery Times

Shipments are made by Correos Express. Delivery times are between 6 and 8 business days for mainland Spain and the rest of Europe 10 business days from the order placement.
Islands and Ceuta and Melilla: consult delivery times.

 

Returns

Our goal is your complete satisfaction as a customer. To proceed with the return of an item purchased from the online store, you must request it via an email to clientes@laciafrancesa.com within a period not exceeding 14 business days from the receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return if you deem it necessary to help us continue improving.

In case of a purchase within national or international territory, the customer is responsible for returning the product, which must be in the same conditions as it was delivered (complete packaging and proof of purchase), to the indicated address. Once the package arrives at our store, it will be examined to verify that it is in perfect condition, and then a confirmation email will be sent to the customer indicating the refund.

Important note: in case of receiving a defective product, the customer has a 2-year warranty to request a return of any item(s). In case you have received any broken or defective products, we ask you to send us photos of the damaged item(s) to be returned to clientes@laciafrancesa.com.

Until we receive the item in our store, it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or certified mail and keep the proof of shipment. The cost of this shipment is borne by the buyer.

The shipping cost is 3.50 euros for the entire peninsula.

Returns

To proceed with the return of any perishable product (flowers or plants), the customer must request it via an email to clientes@laciafrancesa.com within a period not exceeding 24 business hours from the receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return if you deem it necessary to help us continue improving.
