PLEASE READ THESE CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

1 These General Conditions will expressly regulate the relationships arising between Pays d'Oc S.L. Plaza Marqués de Camarines 8, 28023 Madrid, with VAT number B 83 777 144 (hereinafter, "Pays d'Oc") and third parties (hereinafter, "Users") who register as users and/or purchase products through the online store of MOURO's official website (http://www.lacompañíafrancesa.com", hereinafter the "Store").

2. USER OBLIGATIONS

2.1 The User generally undertakes to use the Store, to acquire the Products and to use each of the services of the Store diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these General Conditions, and must also refrain from using them in any way that may prevent, damage or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by Users or that could harm or cause damage to the property and rights of Pays d'Oc, its suppliers, Users or, in general, any third party.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

3.1 Pays d'Oc reserves the right to decide, at any time, which Products are offered to Users through the Store. In particular, Pays d'Oc may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store, it being understood that unless otherwise provided, such new Products will be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Likewise, Pays d'Oc reserves the right to cease providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice of any of the different types of Products offered in the Store.

3.2 The Products included in the Store will correspond as faithfully as possible, as allowed by web display technology, to the Products actually offered. The characteristics of the Products and their prices appear in the Store. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and do not include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

4. PRODUCT PAYMENT METHOD

4.1 Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, Pays d'Oc will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. This email will assign a reference code for the purchase, and will detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs and the data of the different options to make payment for the Products to Pays d'Oc

4.2 The User who acquires a product through the Store must make payment using the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store.

4.3 Pays d'Oc will file the electronic documents in which the contract is formalized, sending a copy to the User once the purchase is made.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1 The user has a right of withdrawal by which they can contact Pays d'Oc via email at the following address: clientes@laciafrancesa.com and withdraw from the purchase within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) days, counting from the receipt of the Product. The Product must be sent together with the duly completed return form and a copy of the delivery note or invoice, duly completed, with the direct cost of returning the Product being borne by Pays d'Oc. This return will be made in accordance with the instructions that Pays d'Oc indicates to the User in response to their notification of the exercise of withdrawal. The User must return the Product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from when Pays d'Oc indicates the return method.

5.2 Withdrawal entails the return of the amount paid. To do this, the customer must indicate on the return form the number and holder of the credit card to which Pays d'Oc must make the refund. The period for said refund will be as established by law.

5.3 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the Product is not returned in its original packaging and when the Product is not in perfect condition.

7. HOME DELIVERY SERVICE

7.1 The territorial scope of sales through the Store is exclusively for the territory of the Community of Madrid, so the delivery service will only be for said territory. Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once payment has been verified, with the maximum delivery period being thirty (30) days as established by default in the Law.

7.2 Pays d'Oc's delivery service is carried out with its own delivery staff. Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes.

7.3 The cost of shipments is not included in the price of the Products. At the time of product acquisition, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost.

8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

8.1 The User acknowledges that all elements of the Store and each of the Products, the information and materials contained therein, the trademarks, the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of their contents, and the computer programs used in relation to them, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of Pays d'Oc itself or third parties, and that the General Conditions do not grant them, with respect to these industrial and intellectual property rights, any other right different from those specifically contemplated therein.

8.2 Unless authorized by Pays d'Oc or, where appropriate, by the third parties holding the corresponding rights, or unless legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow public access through any form of public communication to any of the elements referred to in the preceding paragraph. The User must use the materials, elements and information accessed through the use of the Store solely for their own needs, undertaking not to carry out, either directly or indirectly, a commercial exploitation of the materials, elements and information obtained through them.

8.3 The User must refrain from circumventing or manipulating any technical devices established by Pays d'Oc or by third parties in the Store.

9. DATA PROTECTION

9.1 All information provided through the registration form, as well as that derived from transactions carried out, will be kept in a data file of Pays d'Oc, S.L. until its cancellation is requested. The processing will be for the development and execution of the sale, the personalized attention of the products and services acquired and, unless opposition is communicated, for the improvement of said attention, as well as for the promotion of its own products and services and those of third-party companies linked to Pays d'Oc. In this way, the sending, even through electronic means, by the aforementioned entities, of commercial communications and promotional offers and contests is authorized.

9.2 The User may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation by contacting MOURO c/ Gabriel Lobo nº10, 28002 Madrid or by email to clientes@laciafrancesa.com.

10. PASSWORDS

10.1 Pays d'Oc will facilitate the use of personal passwords to the user who registers as such on the website. These passwords will be used to access the services provided through the Website. The user must keep the passwords under their exclusive responsibility in the strictest and absolute confidentiality, assuming, therefore, any damages or consequences of any kind arising from the breach or disclosure of the secret. For security reasons, the telematics access password to the services linked to the Website may be modified at any time by the user. The User undertakes to immediately notify Pays d'Oc of any unauthorized use of their password, as well as unauthorized third-party access to it.

11. COOKIES

11.1 Pays d'Oc uses cookies in order to improve its services, facilitate navigation, maintain security, verify the User's identity, facilitate access to personal preferences and track their use of the Store. Cookies are files installed on the hard drive of the computer or in the browser's memory in the folder preconfigured by the operating system of the User's computer to identify them.

11.2 If the User does not want a cookie to be installed on their hard drive, they must configure their Internet browsing program not to receive them. Likewise, the User may freely destroy cookies. In the event that the User decides to disable cookies, the quality and speed of the service may decrease and, moreover, they will lose access to some of the services offered in the Store.
