Bamboo cutlery is wonderful, but it must be hand-washed. I'll tell you how to clean and maintain them like new.

To clean bamboo cutlery:

  1. WASH with warm water. Use a mild dish soap.
  2. RINSE with water and DRY with a clean cloth to remove excess water.
  3. REHYDRATE them with mineral oil or bamboo conditioning oil. Pour several drops directly onto a clean cloth and rub the handle. Repeat the process if necessary.
  4. WAIT one or two days for them to rehydrate thoroughly before using them again.
