Care instructions:
- Before use, rub the wood with vegetable oil.
- Repeat this procedure once a month for the first six months.
- Not suitable for dishwashers.
- Do not submerge in water.
- Avoid contact with high temperatures.
Additional cleaning:
- Rub the board with lemon juice and table salt, and let the mixture sit overnight.
- Then rinse and oil.
How should I present my cheese board?
Create the perfect cheese board by choosing several different types of cheese. For the ideal balance of flavors, we recommend a goat cheese, a sheep cheese, a soft and creamy cheese, a blue cheese, and a hard or semi-hard cheese.
Present your cheese board with delicious accompaniments such as seasonal fruit: fresh figs or grapes, jams, crackers, and freshly baked bread. Pair with a delicious red wine.
Serve an odd number of cheeses: 3, 5, or 7, and always at room temperature.
Last but not least, place a knife next to each piece of cheese to keep the flavors pure. Each cheese has its own individual structure and is easier to cut with its designated knife.
